Eos r video note opening in premier rush mobile

I can upload videos I recorded from my phone to Rush mobile but when I upload a video I recorded on my eos r i could play it in my gallery but when I go to upload to Rush mobile it says "could not create project"

2. What device do you have?

3. Can you provide a file that is causing this issue? You can upload it to any file sharing site
