Exporting Rush to Instagram

Hello, 

 

What is the max file size that can be uploaded to instagram? I read that it is 15MB. Also, when I export from Rush to my PC, the file is clearly available on my PC, but not available when trying to select a file for upload to instagram from my computer. Im sure its something simple im missing, but i cant figure it out.
