Graphics in Rush not behaving as I would expect

Hello all, I just upgraded my iPad and Rush. Now here is the issue;

When adding graphics, like titles, overlays etc, only one or two of them work.

Test plan.

Create new project test using sample media, I do this because I want to make sure its not my media giving me grief. 

I then go to add a title, I select the title I want, then Add and nothing happens, on all the titles.

Same thing with Transistion Graphics

If I then go to Overlays, only a handful work for me, Subscribe being one of them.

Quite puzzled
