Hi Kevin have tried this page for help already. It does work but is a VERY VERY LONG WORKAROUND - students cannot be bothered. Our account has access to stock so i don't understand why this would happen? It used to work and our account hasn't changed,

I am sorry to hear that the workaround is too painful. This should be easier! To escalate the issue, can you contact the IT Admin in charge of the school's account? They may be able to resolve this enterprise level support issue by having them contact Adobe's IT support team via their Adobe Admin Console. Let me know what they say.
