Thanks for the message.

Projects are saved automatically to Creative Cloud. You cannot save them to disk. Sorry about that.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin, thanks for your response. If I open the project on another computer it will tell me that it cannot find any media (videos, photographs), right?

Hi,
If you have a premium subscription, the media files should sync too. It does take awhile, though.
Thanks,
Kevin

Yes, I have a subscription. But the size of the real project is 12 GB and in the Adobe cloud 2GB, I have the feeling that it does not maintain its maximum quality and this may pose a future problem.

Thanks for the info. The free subscription only has 2 GB. Is that what you have? You should get a lot more space with a paid subscription. You are right, you can't fit a 12 GB project on a 2GB virtual hard drive. See if upgrading your subscription doesn't solve your problem.
Thanks,
Kevin

No, I have a 128 GB subscription, what I mean is that the project and the videos occupy 12 GB on my hard drive and only 2 GB on the Adobe cloud, so I think it does not save the videos in high quality (originals ),.

Yes, I believe those are probably just proxy files. You can inspect their format for details in QuickTime, VLC, or Premiere Pro.
