Since they changed my account country and payemnt method, I lost my projects on Premiere Rush.
I have been incontact with the operators for more than 24 hours but they are unable to find a solution.
Although I can see the raw files I am unable to open them.
Are you talking with Adobe using one of the contact phone numbers listed here:

How are you viewing your "raw" files? If you are looking at your assets.adobe.com and you have a paid subscription to CreativeCloud, then you may want to attempt to Connect to CreativeCloud (with the same ID), REINSTALL Premiere Rush and try again.

I wanted to change my payment method but inorder to do that I had to change my Adobe Account Country which the Adobe Live Chat support did for me.
However, I realized that after the switch I lost half of my videos or Premiere Rush
I restarted my Adobe cloud multipule times and I reinstalled Rush multipule times and I checked my Firewall nothing worked.
I can see my files on Adobe cloud but I cant import them to Rush
Have you came across this issue before?
