I have a Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro and Adobe Premiere Rush isn't able to download.

I have a Chrome Book, the Adobe Creative Cloud but the Premiere Rush is not downloading!

The Creative Cloud programs  are available for Windows and Mac. Not ChromeOS.
