I'm facing an issue with audios

I'm facing an issue with all audios on Premiere Rush.

I'm unable to record voiceover, each time I record once I finish recording nothing gets recorded.

Also I have noticed that all audios are breaking up very badly, so when tried to pick up an audio from the available ones, they are all breaking up horibbly. moreover, when I tried to check a few old projects, all audios and voiceover break up.

I have restarted my laptop many time and updated the application. Not sure where is the issues. Please help me out to fix this issue asap.
