I was exporting a video (From premiere rush), And it deleted my file after a blue screen

I got an unprompted blue screen for "Video_Memory_Managemnet_Internal" while exporting a video for my English project. During this export, I had premiere rush crash, and then send my PC into the blue screen. When my PC finally restarted, I looked for the file on premiere rush and the cloud, and there wasn't a trace of it. I looked in my files for the exported version, and I found the 9 seconds of it as an audio clip and a corrupted 5 second video file. Those were the only remnants. Does anyone know what happened or how to recover the file?
