import von videos geht nicht

ich kann keine videos in den programm hinzufügen . es geht nur mit bilder aber auf videos reagiert es nicht. die videos, die ich auf meinem PC habe werden nicht in rush premiere angezeigt.

was kann ich dagegen tun?

• Which version of Premiere Rush are you using? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush/finding-the-premiere-rush-version-number/m-p/4788185
• What type of media files are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
• Are you getting any error codes or messages while importing the files?
