impossible to import video

hi all, 

since june, it is impossible for me to import video in. mp4 or in mov... 

i have no problem on Premiere Pro, i have another computer (a mac too) and no problem too...

i have delated all creative cloud software and intall all software again... still the same problem. 

 

who is able to help me 😉

Sorry about the issue. What's the source of the media files? What type of footage are you editing (frame rate, frame size)?

Could you share some files with us to test?
