iPhoto and Premier Rush

I'm trying to allow Premiere Rush to gain access to my iPhoto library. I'm using my MAC and logged in as me on the computer but logged in with my school ID into Rush. Could this be the problem?

We can get this checked. Have you provided permission to Premiere Rush for accessing your files? Navigate to System Preferences > Security and Privacy.

Rush not listed and havent't seen RUSH request access to iPhoto.
