Issues with Rush loading all fonts

I need to use a specific font for a project I'm working on and for some reason, only the italic versions of the font are available in Rush. All the versions of the font (regular, bold, semibold, etc.) are available in other adobe programs. I'm not sure what the problem is. HALP!

Version device/computer are you using? What font are you trying to use?

I'm on a Mac desktop. Using macOS Big Sur Version 11.4.

I work for a car dealership so it's Toyota's corporate Typeface, called Toyota Type.
