LOST EVERYTHING

I was in the middle of editing a video when I got a notification saying that autosave wasnt working and I had to return to the main screen and then back into my project to ensure I didnt lose anything, when in fact I lost EVERYTHING.

I've been editing this video for three days on a program with no save function, but was still really really good, and I was really happy with it, but all of a sudden I've lost a project that was half done because of some stupid cloud sync that fills up before adding a single clip.

I'm on the free trial, this would've been my third export, and mind you I lost everything, not just what I'd been working on today, and I cant find a solution to this anywhere.
