lost project

While I was working on ap project that was allmost done, I selected File/New/Sequence. I did not do much any further and stopped Adobe Rush. Now when I open Rush, my project is totally empty.

I must have done something to delete all the files in my project. I there a way to restore?

Look okay now, it took about 5 minutes for the project media to load, and then I found the 'sequence 01' project in the media.
