Good evening,

I'm starting to use Premiere Rush on Android. The first test just go fine and I did the job pretty well.

But I'm facing an annoying problem today. The audio for all my projects (including the previous projects) are low pitched and out of sync. Same thing importing an mp3.

I've tried removing all data and cache without success.

My device is a Samsung Z Fold 4.

Best Regards,

Iuri

Hey there, @iuri Spinassi,

Glad to hear from you. Sounds like you're having audio trouble. You say that you had success with your original projects, but now, you are not. Has anything changed since you had these problems? Personally, I steer clear from highly compressed audio sources, like .mp3.

For video files, make sure that they are being captured with audio sample settings at 48 kHz. That might help.

The other issue is that your phone is not one of the supported ones on system requirements

The other issue is that your phone is not one of the supported ones on system requirements, so you're experience may vary with this device. You may want to inspect your camera settings and see if you can find a compromise with those settings that might work better.

Otherwise, I encourage you to reach out to Adobe Support here. The chat pod is on the lower-right. Be sure to ask for the video queue. They're open 7AM to 7PM on Monday to Friday PST.

Sorry for the frustration. I hope the advice helps.

Thanks,
Kevin
