MOV not Transparent anymore

I had a number of MOV sent through with a moving graphic, transparent background to use in my videos. They have been working fine, until I updated to the latest RUSH, and now the MOV plays, but the background it black. Does anyone a solution to this?

Hi there!

We're sorry about the issue. Are you using Rush on the desktop version? If so, could you uncheck "Use Optimized Clips" and see that helps? 

Navigate to View > Use Optimized Clips.

unfortunately no, it does not help, still has a black background, where
once it was transparent.

I see! Which version of Premiere Rush are you using? Also, please let us know the device you're using for Rush.
