I edited some video clips with Rush; Rush exported them to a local file (mp4); When I open the file with Windows Media Player or VLC, I only get the audio and a black screen. What should I do?

Hi Kartika,

It was an intervention from Adobe by remote access.

Import the file back into Rush and see if you get video. You can also check the details of your video file using MediaInfo and know if the file has any video streams .

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that the file exported from Premiere Rush has only audio.

In addition to this, you can try what @Kulpreet suggested.

Let us know, we're here to help.

Hi Kartika,

Rush version 1.2.12 (Build 10);

The original files are Mov produced by a Z6 Nikon camera;

I have no problem with other files not exported from Rush.

Anyway, I could get web suport from Adobe and I can see the video now.

Thank you all for your help.

Regards,

José
