I got your message. You are saying that there is no option to export videos at a different file size. That is true. There are no options to optimize the exported file size. You can try a freeware app, Shutter Encoder, to achieve that goal. However, you'd need to do that on a desktop computer. Might that help? If not, if the file is 4K, try exporting to HD.
