No Audio Fade is a deal breaker
Gotta go with a different program.
Cannot provide a quality production without the ability to fade between audio clips.

Is the Dissolve effect not working for you? It's working for me here. Try it. To troubleshoot, make sure that you trim your clips before adding a dissolve between audio or video clips.
