Not auto saving , then "not responding" when existing

For the past couple weeks Rush I've been getting notifications while editing saying basically that adobe hasn't autosaved in awhile to then exit out to save. Then if I do that I just get the  blue wheel (on windows) and Rush stops reponding. Thereby losing all my work. I've sinced just gotten used to doing everything in one sitting. But basically I can't save my work and I have no idea why. Everything is up to date.

Hi there!

Sorry for the trouble. Can you share the following information?

  • What are your system specs (OS, CPU, RAM,  GPU)? 
  • Can you try signing out and back into your Creative Cloud? 
  • Does it happen with an individual project?
  • Could you share the error message that you're getting?
