Hi! I am uploading the videos that I edited and recorded with my IPhone 13 Pro Max. But after the upload the videos are overexposed and another colour (lighter). This isn't visible through the editing, but only after the upload.

How can I fix this? (It is not a filter!)

Hi @Charmayne233374548anw,

I read your note. I have a feeling that you shot your video in HDR format, which is not supported in Rush. You may want to turn off HDR when working with Rush. See this troubleshooting doc from Apple for more info. Please let us know if that solves your issue.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi there!

Sorry about the trouble. Does it only happen with iPhone-specific files? Which device are you using for Premiere Rush?

Let us know.

Thanks,

Kartika
