Since recent Android update, Rush only showing black screen when I import a video. Audio fine. Anyone else?

Black screen issue is fixed after I updated the app with new version 2.11.0.14.
Thanks, Kevin! I turned off all HDR settings on the clips before importing them into Rush, and it worked. I’m relieved this solved the issue, but it would be great to see Rush upgraded to support HDR and other settings seamlessly. Thanks again, Kevin!

Same issue here. I was working on a project since many days. It's was all working fine in the afternoon. When I came back at night to export my file. All files were blank.

I see that new version is released on September 11, 2024. Apparently, I got the update yesterday evening and the playback screen is black since then! How can Adobe make such mistake, where is the quality control? Maybe Adobe is trying to save money by reducing quantity workforce!

Premier Rush is showing black screen on playback on Samsung s23 ultra. It was working and I created hundreds of projects without any problem. Playback screen is black no matter I use video or photo clip. This started since yesterday after I duplicated a project. I cleared app cache and it didn't fix. I un-installed the app and reinstalled it, it didn't fix.
Anyone knows how to fix this issue?

Interestingly, if I export the project, video shows correctly. Obviously, I wouldn't export until I am satisfied with editing which requires viewing on playback screen!

The video screen is now black, although the audio still works, and if I try to export anything it says there's an error... I have deleted and downloaded again but it didn't help, what should I do next?

This is a problem I have found out about yesterday. The point of using rush is to cut stuff quickly on your phone and I have only just had this problem.

My video files have been fine ntil yesterday. I don't know if tnere has been some upgrade problem. I'm using an android phone, I changed video format andback but it only imports audio. No matter what I do, there isn't much point in recoding the footage I might as well edit on Adobe premiere pro. The entire point about using rushes is when you need something immediately. Film it and cut it and post it.
I really like using it. But I'll have to use something else if not. Does anybody know if it is bug? Otherwise I don't understand why it has just happened. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
