please fix the app

all i did was put three clips back to back for a self tape. no edits really at all. my audio was delayed by almost 3 whole seconds. nothing was able to fix this issue. not closing and opening the app again or starting a new project to re attempt this. it was the most simple edit i needed to make and this app still found a way to mess it up. trying to literally put 3 videos into 1 shouldn't be this big of a hassle. DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT.

    Hey there, @Michael23795925djo2,

    Thanks for the message. Let the community know which device you are using, or are you using a computer? What kind of footage? If you have an iPhone, it may be a known issue. I can move your post to that one, if that is the case. Let me know. I apologize for this terrible issue. I am advocating for a fix on behalf of the community here. Take care.

    iPhone 11 Pro, video hevc 1080p 1080*1920,

    I continued to google my problem and the following solved it for me:

     

    One thing I just learned. DO NOT EDIT YOUR VIDEO BEFORE YOU TAKE IT TO RUSH. This make your sound go of sync. If you for example edit in iPhones own editor, at least save it as a new video and then take it in to adobe. Fixed my problems.

      Yes come on!! In almost every project I do I get minimum one lag per edit, I am definitely considering to learn another app, but so annoying when I have already learnt this!! Fix it Adobe!!!

        Hey @Teo35084491msmr,

        Sorry about that. Are you on iPhone? Is this HEVC footage? Please let me know. If so, it's a known bug that's being fixed right now. I am not on the product team, but I am advocating for a fix.
