PLEASE HELP URGENT

My autosave is enabled, but isn't working. keeps telling me to click out of project to save the project, but when I do, the screen freezes, eventually closing the program. I can't afford to lose this project , please help!

Does it happen with a particular project?
Which device are you using?
Are you getting any error codes or messages?
