Poor export video quality

I've tried exporting FPV drone footage in 4K using Premiere Rush and to be honest it looks awful. The filesize is pretty small even on the highest quality setting and therefore there's horrible artifacting everywhere. Is there a way to specify a higher bitrate or is my only option to use Pro?

Sorry about the issue. Which device are you using for Premiere Rush? Could you share a screenshot that exhibits the issue?

Thank you for the reply. I'm using a 14 inch Macbook Pro M1. I've attached two screenshots. The first is the raw footage, and the second is processed through Rush.
