Premier Rush give Error Compiling Movie while rendering

Hello, 

I have been trying to render a video for the last few hours. I am working on an iPhone 11 Pro Max.

I am using Rush version: 1.2.10(885)

Media files: MOV 1080P 60fps

The app keeps crashing every time I attempt to render, I have deleted all effects, pop-up images etc that I had previously on the timeline. There is only video and music files now. I have attempted this on my phone several times. 

I attempted to render on my computer and still application crashed and recvied this message: I fixed the issues (mentioned below) yet video was still not able to render. 

I kept recevied  message that read:

"Error Compiling Movie

Software render error

Software effect returned error.

Writing with exporter: H.264

Writing to file: \\?\C:\Users|Daniel\Documents\Vlog#2.mp4

Wrtiting file type: H264

Around time: 00:04:02-00:04:46:06 (this was a text tile I have already deleted) 

Rendering Effect: AE.ADBE Text
