Premier Rush shows error when opening

I am getting error on a Win11 machine when opening Premier Rush as shown below. I tried reinstalling. I also updated Win11 to latest and updated Nvidia drivers. Nothing fixes the issue. All other apps work simply fine except this one.

 

How can I fix this issue?
