Premier Rush will not allow me to post - It just stops at Rendering

Hi 

I have just purchased Premier Rush and completed my first video; however it will not go past Rendering to enable me to post to social or save locally. Please help as this is a birthday video and time is of the essence to be able to have it posted.

Hi 

 

Now the application will note even open for me. All of my other Adobe applications open for me. Getting a little frustrated, please help.....?????
