Premiere Pro mobile slows down first second of video

Hey there!

I'm pretty new to Premiere Pro but already struggling 😅

I'm trying to edit some videos (mobile, iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16.4.1), just adding some text as kind of watermark. It worked well for the first video. When I started with the second I noticed that the first second of the video (not audio) is slo motion so video and audio don't fit. 
I checked everything like a million times and I simply can't find where I made the mistake. Maybe the screen record helps...

 

I'd be glad to know what I did wrong 🙂

    So, couldn't find my mistake. 
    I tried the exact same on my MacBook. It worked pretty well without any more trouble...

    If anyone has a solution for the mobile version, I'd be glad to know. Til then I guess I'll just have to use the MacBook solution...🤷‍♀️
