Premiere Rush crashed file when I re-opened

Dear Pro,

 

I have done my video editing in the premiere rush for a few hours.  When I re-open it, the clip cannot be  played and a few seconds later the whole screen screezed.  I tried over ten times and the same happened.  Would you assist and save my file?
