Premiere Rush crashes when sharing

Hi, I finished my video and tried to export and the programme doesn't respond. When I eventually force the programme to cloe and restart everything is there and i can edit my file or even duplicate and make changes but any time I try to share it stops responding. any suggestions? I started making the video on my phone then moved to my desktop to finish it. I tried duplicating the file and removing audio as that was the last thing I added but still the program stops responding. I have the latest version of the programme on both devices but am mainly using my laptop. Any help appreciated.

Hi, I had just updated to the latest version. I had mp4 videos and mp3 music and text and etransition effects on varous timelines/areas. I had to uninstall the upgrade in order to download my file so it worked when I reinstalled 1.5.8 but not when I had the upgrade - not sure if that was the 1.5.12 or something else as it was a while ago.

I tried both 1080x1080 and the 16:9 aspect, both still crash when I click share.

Are you using Rush on PC or Mac? Also, could you confirm if crash logs are saved?

Here's how:

If you’re on Android or iOS you can find them here:

Launch Rush
1. From the Project Browser, tap on the gear icon (top left of screen)
2. Tap on Preferences > Share logs

If you’re on Mac you can find them here:

1. Open Finder
2. Select Go to Folder… from the Go menu
3. Enter: ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/
3. Select the most recent crash log that starts with “Adobe Premiere Rush”

Windows:

Follow these steps to find Premiere Rush crash logs on Windows:
1. Open Windows Explorer by pressing the Windows+E keys.
2. Unhide hidden folders by following these instructions: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files
3. Navigate to the following folder to collect the crash log
OS:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Premiere Rush\1.0\logs

[NOTE: <username> is your Windows user name]

Or

1. Search for Event View
2. Navigate to Windows Logs > Application
3. On the right column > Using "Find" search for Premiere Rush

Let us know. Happy to help.

Thanks
