Premiere Rush exported video bugged

Got a DJI Mini 3 Pro. Tried shooting at 4k @283052 which endoces using HVEC. After purchasing the HVEC codecs I edit my video, export but for some reason my video only shows the first frame throughout the whole length. When I go back into Rush, the screen is blue and I can't see anything when I play.

Anybody else got this error?
