Premiere rush freezes instead of rendering video

I have creted a video in Premiere rush on my desktop of 15 minutes in length using videos and stills from my phone. Instead of exporting I get to the waiting screen and then it just freezes. I have tried restarting my computer I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the programme. Very frustrating as I spent a long time doing this and just want my video up loaded on Youtube

    Hello @jacquis50787050,

    I heard about your issue. Is this a newer phone? What kind? Are you shooting HEVC or H.264? What type of computer are you using? May we have more information so we can understand your issue more easily? I'm not freezing on my projects, for example. We need to find out what is different with your setup so we can solve this problem. I hope we can help.
