PREMIERE RUSH ISSUE

I have a premiere rush upgrade subscription that charges me monthly yet my app doesn't let me use the premium features eg. export in 4k. It still says upgrade to export in 4K, even though I'm signed into the same account I subscribed with. I'm seeing the subscription in my App Store but not on Adobe website plans. I tried reinstalling the app, signing out and back in, and unsubscribing and resubscribing, but nothing fixed it. What do I do? Please help ASAP.
