I just updated Adobe Rush on both my Macbook and my iMac a couple of days ago and ever since the app keeps crashing and lagging from even the smallest tasks. For an example it crashed 3 times today when i had just opened the app and was only trying to play off the video, before i was going to start editing. It also crashed several times while trying to import extra clips to a video I was already working on. It starts with the app loading after i have started a task, then its stops responding and eventually i have to force shut it down. I have even let it load for up to 30 minutes to see if it just needed time. These issues are happening on both my devices and only with Premiere Rush. Are any other people who work using MacOS experiencing the same issues?

Hey @Thomas Eggen,

Sorry about this. Try deleting the cache. Go to Settings > Preferences and delete the cache there by clicking the Manage Cache button. Choose to delete all of the cache. Restart the app with the Alt/Option key held down and delete the preferences file.

I hope these steps help fix your issue. Come back with any questions.

Thanks,
Kevin

Wanted to add that both devices are also updated to the newest version of MacOS Sonera.
