Adobe is having some serious problems with Premier. It is crashing every time I open it so this is not limited to one person.

Hi @Casi0101,

Sorry about your crashing issue with Premiere Pro. However, this is the Rush forum. Are you having trouble with Rush too? Let us know.

Thanks,
Kevin

It is Premier Rush video editing. It has been crashing all day so it is unusable. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and that didn't work. It just crashes.

Hi @wtrmlnlvr,

I read your message. Welcome to the community. It sounds like you are having some issues with your newer iPhone and Rush. I hope to help you fix these issues.

You can ignore the internet warning, as the internet is no longer needed for Rush since sync with Creative Cloud was removed back in February.

Rush has not been updated for the newer iPhones, so you can make a few adjustments to make things work better. For example, you can disable "Spatial Audio" so that your clips can be imported properly. This setting disrupts a smooth workflow.

Please try again with new clips and see if it works better. You can transcode existing clips in Media Encoder or the freeware Shutter Encoder.

Sorry for the hassle. I hope the advice helps.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hey Kevin,

thanks for the quick reply!

Where can I find the "spatial audio" setting? Is it a Rush/ Adobe setting or my own device's?

And is that a problem even though I have all the clips muted with a track just running over them?

Thank you for the help!

Hey @wtrmlnlvr,

It's in your iPhone or iPad's camera settings. Let me know if you need more help with that.

Thanks,
Kevin
