I have been working with Premiere Rush for about a month now and there was never a problem until recently. Now every time I export an edited video, I'll go to check it in VLC and either get a partial video that claims to be the length of the full video or no video at all. This has even affected videos that I had no issue with exporting last week. Now I can't export any content unless it's unedited. The footage comes from an iPhone 10 and is transfered to my PC running Windows 10 via cloud storage. I have tried the following to fix the issue:
Try rolling back the NVIDIA driver.
Thanks,
Kevin

Edit: I just tried adding some of my graphics to a new project as a test and didn't have any problems. I am so confused.
