Premiere Rush mxf files greyed out - not able to import

Question

I'm trying to import mxf files from a Sony FS5 into Premiere Rush from Creative Cloud and they are greyed out, so I'm unable to select and import them.

mxf files are on the supported file format list so this should be possible.

Any help much appreciated?

Hi Ross,

Rush desktop (Mac/Windows) supports mxf format. iOS and Android devices do not. Which platform are you on? Can you include your system specs and OS version? Also what version of Rush you have installed?

If you want to use your mxf files on mobile, you would need to start by creating a synced project on the desktop where we created proxy files that are compatible with iOS and Andriod.
