Premiere Rush on Desktop

Purchased the Premiere features for the Adobe Premiere Rush mobile app. I installed the desktop version on my laptop and signed in to my Rush account but the paid features are not included.  Do I have to pay again?

    Thanks for the note. Only certain subscriptions allow for premium features on both platforms. See this helpx doc: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/kb/starter-paid-rush-upgrade.html. That should explain what you should and should not be entitled to. Let me know if the info makes sense or not. Happy to help. Sorry for the issue, though.
