Premiere Rush problem

I am getting this warning. ''You have reached your export limit. Upgrade for unlimited sharing.'' 

I have subscribed to a plan that includes rush though.

Same problem. I guess It is a regional problem. First, I used the trial and limited version than I wanted to upgrade a single-app plan for Rush but It didn't allow me. 

 

Is there still a problem in working on Rush in Turkey?
