Premiere rush saying I need to pay for exprting in 4k even though I am paying for it

I have been using premiere rush on my PC for around a year and never had problems exporting. But today I've decided to export in 4k. I've done it a few times so I wasn't thinking much about it. So I get to exporting it into 4k and then it didn't let me export it. It was saying that 4k exporting is available only in paid subsription, but that's weird because I have been paying for it ever since I got it. I don't know why it does that beacause I have premiere rush downloaded on my other PC there it works perfectly fine, I can even export 4k but that pc is very very slow. Somebody please help me with this problem.
