Premiere Rush unable to open project

I was working on a video for two days now. Its audio is 2:50minutes long and around 50 seconds of it has video files. When I was about to edit again, a pop up "Unable to open project" appeared. How can I fix this? I've tried restarting my phone (iPhone 7+ ios13.4.1), deleting and reinstalling the app, and logging out then in but it's still not working.

I have the same issue with my Ipad pro 2016. I spend contiuing 4h to finish it and can not render. I have tried to swith to my Samsung phone and PC also but it didn't work.
