Premiere Rush (version 1.5.58) keeps hanging at launch

Hello Adobe,

Sorry but I cannot use Premiere Rush on my laptop since the 1.5.58 version wont start and keeps stuck on the blue spining icon.
When I rollback to the previous version it works but i cannot save and share my video editing since it says i need to upgrade to the new version 😕😕

When I run Rush without internet on, it works aswell but the same issue about sharing videos, it is locked.
I tried as well to logout from my account, to start back Rush and to login again, same issue.

Please help me.

Thanks a lot.

Olivier C.

@OlivierCourmontagne  I'll DM but for others running into this issue please try the suggestions below.

Here are the possible options to resolve this

1) Sign out of Rush (It Sounds like you tried this but just in case)

  1. Go to the Help menu in Rush to sign out
  2. Quit Rush
  3. Relaunch Rush, and sign in from there

2) Disable internet connection

1. Quit Rush

2. Disable Wifi

3. Launch Rush

3) Rollback to Rush version 1.5.54

1. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app

2. Scroll down to the app you want to install and select the More actions icon next to it

3.  In the drop-down list, select Other Versions

4. In the list that appears, find the app version that you want to install, and select Install

Let us know if any of these suggestions work or not.

Thank you!

Peter

RM,

This is an announcement post, not meant for troubleshooting. I'll move this to the main forum, OK?

Thanks,
Kevin

The same thing is happening to me. I need to access videos made with this version, if not I will have to make them again.

were you able to fix it?

Having issues with the latest update 1.5.58. The program keeps crashing, it affects all of my other adobe programs. I use an Alienware windows 10.   I have to install all adobe programs back without the rush, and seems to be working again. BUT eventually, I need to access all my videos in rush.  Anyone else having the same problem?

I'm having the same issue here,

Login/Logout isn't working to resolve this problem, reinstalled from creative cloud and issue is persistent. When opening Rush, it only shows a blue "loading" circle which goes on for infinity.

OS details: Win10 Build 21376, all relevant OS updates are installed.

I have the same issue, and I've tried all the solutions (uninstalling, login out of CC, clearing the 1.5 folder) but still no success in loading even a single file to a project.

I have it on my phone as well, and it seems to work fine.

Please help!

Duplicating the post and tagging people in case you were not notified of my earlier comment. It would be helpful to know if you have a free, photography or full Creative Cloud accouont. Thanks!

I unplugged my Internet and Rush opened.  What is the way to correct this?
