Premiere Rush won't properly load on new MacBook Pro

Hi, I'm running Premiere Rush for the first time on a brand new MacBook Pro running Catalina 10.15.5. Rush will not load. A blue wheel just keeps spinning endlessly instead. Premiere Rush is up to date. I have tried multiple times. Please help!

Hi @pasolint,

I read your message and it appears you can't install Premiere Rush on your Mac. I have the application installed on my Mac without issue. What happens after you install the application from the Creative Cloud desktop application? Any info you can share, such as the model of Mac and version of macOS? Sorry for the problem.

We're half-way through 2023 and Premier Rush is still not loading properly on Mac.
Will this ever be fixed ?

I've attached a screenshot of where I get stuck. I've been through the forums and have seens tons of messages about this issue, with various propositions on how to resolve, but nothing worked...

I'm on a Macbook Pro M1 (14inch version from 2021) running with Ventura 13.0.

Hi @pasolint,

Your user account might not have the right components. You may need to create a new user account. Avoid using iCloud or Drop Box, as well. See if this thread helps: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush-discussions/loading-importerquicktime-bundle/td-p/11808614
