It's okay thet you are trying to make lite version of premier pro on phones but the difference is huge that a pro editor cant find 98% of his tools if he had to work on phone for some reason is simply not acceptable, you don't even offer multi secuences and nests on the project whish is huge thing for any editor

Premiere Rush was never intended to be a pro editing tool or a substitute for Premiere Pro. Premiere Pro has all those features and more. Please check it out.
