Premire Rush will NOT load on my Mac desktop

  Whenever I try to start Rush on my Mac,, it shows up on my task bar and will sit there. When I click on the icon, the the Rush loading picture with the woman will show up , and nothing happens. I've uninstalled it , I've cycled my computer,  it's a dice throw if it works or not. This has being going on since Adobe introduced  Rush. I'm paying $30 a month to rent this from you; Should not have to deal with this.
