Problem accessing project after system crash

Hi there,

 

I'm having a major problem here: While working on my Video project in AdRush everything stopped suddenly and my Mac did a force restart. Now, I cannot enter my project anymore 😞 It just doesn’t open up at all. Seems like the file is broken. Any ideas of how to fix this without losing all these days of work?

  • Could you share your system specs (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
  • What type of files you're editing (codec/format, frame rate, frame size)? 
  • Are you seeing any error codes or messages when you're trying to access your project?

Hi Kartika,

 

thanks for trying to help here. It's really bad to lose more than a week of work because of this sudden system crash. Eversince, when i want to enter the project, it doesn't let me. It just stays on the projects overview window. No error codes, messages, nothing. 

 

System specs:

- macOS catalina 10.15.7

- 16GB Ram

- 2,3GH 8-core Intel Core i9 processor

 

Footage to be edited: 

- iphone X & iPhone 11 Pro: 4K 25f/s; Format: .mov (quicktime movie)

- Mavic Pro drone 4K 25f/s; Format: mpeg-4

- GoPro 7 4K timelapses & 25f/s; Format: mpeg-4

- Canon 5D IV 4K 25f/s; Format: .mov (quicktime movie)

 

Any suggestions of how this project can be recovered?
