Project crashes now it won't load. Opens onto a blank screen

Every 30 minutes or so the project I am working on will stop responding and crash. I am forced to close it. Then re open and now the project I was working on won't load. It opens but only onto a blank screen. Please help. Is there a way to get it back. It is synced but I cannot find it in my account.

• Which device are you using?
• Are you getting any error codes or messages while accessing the project?
• What type of files are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
