I was working on a project last night when Rush froze and I had to restart my computer. After that, my projects aren't opening now. Some older ones will open but none of my recent ones. I can open Rush itself, but anytime I open a desired project I just get the grey screen without it ever going to the timeline.
Everything is up to date. I've cleared a lot of unrelated hard drive space. I've cleared the cache. i've tried signing in/out of my acccount through the CC app, the "Help Menu", the Broswer, etc. What gives?!!? Why are people still dealing with this issue years later? This is unacceptable!! I need this for work!

I read your note. I understand that Rush hung, and you required a restart. After that, your project was not saved, and other projects were also lost in that process. I apologize for this behavior. I think that the issue can be blamed on the loss of Creative Cloud sync, which was suspended on Feb. 1, 2024.
Without sync, a cascade of issues can occur if you experience a crash while working. If previous projects were not opened and saved locally since Feb. 1, I can see

Without sync, a cascade of issues can occur if you experience a crash while working. If previous projects were not opened and saved locally since Feb. 1, I can see why you may have also lost other projects. That's terrible. I hope a community member can help find a solution for you. Otherwise, you may have to start over on these projects.
